Welfare Category: Recognition of a person as being in need of care by others

1. Single elderly and persons with disabilities: Those who have no close relatives (children, parents, spouse) to provide care.

2. Single-living elderly and persons with disabilities: Those who have relatives, but they live separately, or their relatives are undergoing long-term treatment or are imprisoned.

All evaluations and the final decision-making are completed within 5 working days from the date of application.
