Is the service free or paid?
All advocacy, legal, and consultative assistance provided by "Inson" centers and rehabilitation centers is carried out entirely free of charge.
Who provides consultations regarding filing applications to the court?
Based on paragraph 19 of the Regulation, "expert consultant services on legal matters" from among the center's staff will be assigned to her. The consultant explains to the woman which court to approach and the correct procedure for filing a claim.
How is this service provided in the rehabilitation center (shelter)?
In accordance with paragraph 30 of the Regulation, providing "legal and other services" to women accommodated in the center is a mandatory duty of the center. The center's lawyers assist in preparing court documents to protect the woman's rights.
What is the legal basis in the document for writing an application to the court?
Sub-paragraph "v" of paragraph 9 of the Regulation states that "Inson" centers are required to provide "legal services to affected women in accordance with the legislation." In practice, preparing applications and lawsuits for court falls precisely within the scope of these legal services.
