If there are no vacancies in the center at the woman’s place of residence, she will be placed in a rehabilitation center (or NGO centers) in a neighboring region or another region of her choice. The travel expenses to another province are covered by the center (Paragraphs 24 and 34).
• When the woman does not voluntarily give consent to placement or refuses to receive a protection order;
• When a medical examination detects acute infectious, severe mental, or active-stage tuberculosis diseases that can be transmitted to others (in this case, treatment is first provided in a hospital) (Paragraph 26).
Free shelter (sleeping space), food, and personal hygiene products are provided. In addition, comprehensive psychological, legal, and medical assistance is rendered (Paragraphs 6 and 30).
Temporary accommodation (shelter) is provided for a period of up to 6 months in accordance with the individual social rehabilitation program (Paragraph 6).
Important condition: For placement in regional rehabilitation centers for in-depth assistance, a protection order must be processed and issued for the woman (Paragraph 18).
Women who have suffered from harassment and violence, who have attempted suicide or have suicidal tendencies, and their minor children.
Based on your application and consent, it is carried out through the cooperation of “Inson” centers and district (city) departments of internal affairs. On the designated day of service rendering, the internal affairs bodies will transport and place the woman and her children into the center themselves (Paragraph 27).
