How can I order a Baraka card?

Dear users, if you are thinking about getting a card, you can easily sort this out. How, you ask? You can use the following simplified methods to get the “Baraka” card.

The easiest and most convenient way is through the mobile application. Download the Baraka app from the App Store or Google Play, enter your personal information, and submit an application. You will follow the instructions in the app step-by-step, enter your identity verification details, and get the Baraka card. You can pick up the physical version of the card within 3 days from your chosen branch of Xalq Bank or Aloqabank.

How to download the Baraka app?

Stage 1 — Download the app. Choose one of the following methods to install the app:
Via the website: Go to Baraka.gov.uz, point your phone camera at the QR code, and download the app.
Via app stores: Search for “Baraka” in the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android) and download it.

Stage 2 — Registration takes just a few minutes and consists of the following steps:
Identity verification: Enter your passport details and phone number.
Number confirmation: Enter the code received via SMS.
Facial scanning (selfie): Bring your face close to the phone camera for identification.
Password and PIN: Create a strong password to protect your profile and a 4-digit PIN for quick access to the app. (A password is a longer and more complex secret code that protects your profile, while a PIN is a short 4-digit code designed for quick and convenient access to the app.)

Stage 3 — The card is added automatically.
Once you have successfully registered, the “Baraka” social card issued to you will be automatically added to the app. No additional actions are required.
You can also apply for Baraka cards by visiting Xalq Bank or Aloqabank. To do this, it is enough to visit the nearest branch to where you live with your passport.
Another method is through the “Inson” Social Services Centers. Visit these centers, which operate in every district, to apply for the card. At these centers, you can:
Register as a recipient of social assistance, benefits, or subsidies
Apply for the “Baraka” card and receive a consultation if necessary

Note: The card is delivered free of charge to the homes of citizens with limited mobility. To do this, you can call the “Inson” centers in your local area, and they will send a social worker to help you formalize your card.
