What functions does the Baraka card perform?

With the help of the Baraka card, you can now use social services quickly, transparently, and without paperwork. The social card performs the following functions:
Bank card;
Transport card, including preferential transport card;
Document confirming the right to receive state social protection assistance;
Document confirming belonging to a category or group of the population in need of social protection;
Bank card for the refund of value-added tax (VAT) amounts in the established manner for goods (works, services), medicines, and medical services;
Voucher for the purchase of prosthetic and orthopedic devices, technical rehabilitation aids, or other goods (works, services) determined by legislative acts at the expense of social payments.
Additionally, the card acts as an accounting tool for:
Discounts, bonuses, and other loyalty programs provided by business entities;
Confirming the right to attend state social facilities, concerts, entertainment shows, and other events regulated on the basis of preferential, free, or partially paid entry ticket operation systems;
Entry and exit control for social protection institutions.
The social card may also perform other functions provided for by legislative acts.
