In such cases, depending on the Fund's capacity, the debt may be partially covered, or payment may be made in stages (split across subsequent months) (Clause 18).
Yes. If there are able-bodied individuals in the family who are not working without valid reasons, or if the family has received assistance from other sources, the "Mahalla Seven" may decide to reject the request (Clauses 18-19).
