Where are the results of the medical examination stored?
All medical reports and examination results are entered electronically into the "Ijtimoiy Himoya" Information System (Clause 23).
How is the exam organized if the person cannot leave home?
According to Clause 15, the doctor within the multidisciplinary group must visit the person's home to determine the level of their need for home-based medical services.
What is checked during the health assessment?
Existing chronic, mental, and infectious diseases, the need for free medication, and the necessity of providing medical services at home (Clause 15).
Who identifies medical needs and who is responsible?
The family doctor within the multidisciplinary group. They are personally responsible for the accuracy of information regarding the person's need for medical services and medication (Clause 15).
Is the medical examination included in the social services plan?
Yes. According to Clause 27 of the Regulation, the medical examination and health recovery activities are specified as a separate item in the individual plan.
What is the timeframe for the medical examination?
The medical examination and relevant health recovery measures are designated to be carried out within 10 working days.
How often is the need for communication and leisure re-evaluated?
During the monitoring process conducted every 6 months, the person's social activity and level of satisfaction with the services are re-assessed (Clause 36).
Is the use of leisure services mandatory?
No. According to Clause 47, a person has the right to refuse any service defined in the individual plan, including cultural or communication services.
Is this type of service included in the Individual Plan?
Yes. According to Clause 27, measures to increase the social activity of a person in need of care are an integral part of the approved individual social services plan.
Who is involved in organizing cultural events?
Pursuant to Clause 27, volunteers, persons wishing to provide guardianship and sponsorship, and mahalla activists may be involved in this process.
How is a person’s need for cultural leisure identified?
According to Clauses 14 and 21, the multidisciplinary group specifically assesses the person's communication with relatives and friends, as well as their need for leisure services.
How is the concept of “Cultural Event” expressed in the Regulation?
In the text, it is interpreted as activities for the "need for communication and leisure services" (Clause 21) and "increasing social activity in daily life" (Clause 27).
What is the timeframe for implementing social activity measures?
The organization and coordination of activities related to increasing cultural, educational, and social activity are designated to be reviewed and planned within 22 working days.
What is the legal basis for this service?

What if the service is poorly performed or denied?
The director of the "Inson" center and the Social Inspection monitor the implementation of these regulations. In case of dissatisfaction, a complaint can be filed in court.

Information about all conducted sanitary measures is entered by the responsible parties into the "Ijtimoiy Himoya" Information System.
Under what conditions is this service provided?
1. Based on the request of the person or their representative.
2. If the necessity of conducting this measure is indicated in the Individual Social Services Plan.
Which organization is responsible for providing the service?
District (city) departments of Sanitary-Epidemiological Well-being and Public Health perform the work based on the request from the "Inson" center.
Whom to contact for the service?
The person or their legal representative only needs to contact the mahalla social worker or the "Inson" social services center.
What exactly is done within the scope of the service?
Disinfection (antimicrobial) and disinfestation (pest control) works are carried out free of charge at the place of residence of the person in need of care.
What is the timeframe for conducting sanitary measures?
Disinfection and disinfestation activities are designated to be carried out within 5 working days after the request is received.
