All medical reports and examination results are entered electronically into the "Ijtimoiy Himoya" Information System (Clause 23).

The director of the "Inson" center and the Social Inspection monitor the implementation of these regulations. In case of dissatisfaction, a complaint can be filed in court.
Information about all conducted sanitary measures is entered by the responsible parties into the "Ijtimoiy Himoya" Information System.
1. Based on the request of the person or their representative.
2. If the necessity of conducting this measure is indicated in the Individual Social Services Plan.
District (city) departments of Sanitary-Epidemiological Well-being and Public Health perform the work based on the request from the "Inson" center.
The person or their legal representative only needs to contact the mahalla social worker or the "Inson" social services center.
Disinfection (antimicrobial) and disinfestation (pest control) works are carried out free of charge at the place of residence of the person in need of care.
Disinfection and disinfestation activities are designated to be carried out within 5 working days after the request is received.
