What is the timeframe for rendering the service?

• Immediately (within 1 working day): The situation is initially assessed, the victim is placed in the “Primary Assistance Room,” and a protection order is issued.

• Within 5 working days: When placed in a rehabilitation center (shelter), an individual long-term assistance program is drawn up by specialists.

What documents and information are required?

When applying, the following information is entered:

• The surname, first name, and patronymic of the service user;
• Year, date of birth, and address.

Note: No additional papers or certificates are required for placement in a hospital or rehabilitation center.

Who can use the service? (Applicants)

• Women who have experienced harassment and violence, who have attempted suicide or have suicidal tendencies, and their minor children;

• Any physical and legal entities who have witnessed an incident of violence (third parties).

How can the service be used?

• By contacting the “Inson” social services center in your region or the social worker in your mahalla;

• By calling the internal affairs bodies’ “102” number or meeting with your local preventive inspector;

• By contacting the numbers 1146 (“Helpline”) or 112.
