Who makes the decision?

Based on the social worker’s recommendation submitted through the “Ijtimoiy Himoya” Information System, the “Mahalla Seven” makes a decision collectively (Clause 18).

What is the main document required to receive assistance?

An application (order) to participate in the auction or a protocol confirming the auction win, along with a document specifying the payment amount, is required.

Are the funds given in cash to the citizen?

No. Funds are transferred in a non-cash format to the recipient’s bank plastic card.

Who is eligible for land lease compensation?

Individuals in the “Iron Register” (Temir Daftar) or in extremely difficult social situations who wish to generate income through effective land use and are identified as in need by a social worker based on case management (Clauses 4-5).

What is the timeframe for receiving compensation?

The evaluation by a social worker and the final decision-making by the “Mahalla Seven” are completed within 10 working days from the date the application is received.

If the monthly limit allocated to the mahalla is exhausted, the assistance may be postponed to the following month. If delayed three consecutive times, the application is automatically rejected (Clause 20).

In what case will assistance be rejected?

If the individual has already received assistance for the same expertise costs through other state programs or social registers (“notebooks”) (Clause 12).
