Purchases are made through an electronic trading platform from retailers (shops) authorized in the “Ijtimoiy Himoya” (Social Protection) IT system (Clauses 6, 24).
The voucher is valid for two months from the date of issue. It must be used within this timeframe (Clause 3).
It is an electronic document with a QR code that allows the purchase of essential food products funded by government subsidies (Clause 3).
Reviewing the application, generating a recommendation, and making a decision on voucher allocation is completed within 10 working days.

If the requirement is higher than the funds allocated for the mahalla, the assistance amount may be reduced or the queue may be moved to the next month (Paragraph 18).
Within one working day, the social worker verifies the authenticity of the referral through the electronic systems of the health authorities (Paragraph 17).
