Is the mobile service paid or free of charge?

For individuals who have relatives, this service is provided on a paid basis under a contract.

Who can use this service?

Individuals residing in the district (city) where the Center is located, who have relatives but require rehabilitation services at home.

What is the duration of the service?

Services in mobile form can be provided for a period of up to one year (Clause 3).

What is meant by “mobile service”?

This refers to specialists from the Center (rehabilitologist, psychologist, social worker, etc.) visiting the home of the person in need to provide services.

What is the timeframe for organizing the mobile service?

Reviewing the application, assessing the needs, and assigning a mobile team are completed within 7 working days.

What is the legal basis for this service?

Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 316, dated May 31, 2024.

In what cases is service provision denied?

If the person has medical contraindications such as acute infectious diseases, mental disorders, or the active phase of tuberculosis (Clause 4).

What obligation does the service user have?

The person is required to personally attend the Center on the days specified in the contract (Clause 52).

What services are provided during day-care attendance?

According to the individual care plan: rehabilitation, psychological support, vocational training (socio-occupational rehabilitation), and cultural events.

Is a contract signed for the service provision?

Yes. A bilateral or trilateral contract is signed between the Center and the person (or their representative), specifying the types, costs, and duration of services (Clause 37).
