For how long is the Social Card issued for?
The social card is issued for a period of 5 years. For stateless persons, it is
issued for a period not exceeding the validity of their ID cards or national passports
What should be done when the card’s validity period expires?
To replace the card, you can contact the “Inson” center, a bank branch, or apply through the
mobile application.
When a new card is issued, are the funds from the old card transferred to the new one?
Yes, the funds and all information from the replaced card are transferred to the new social card.
However, the 16-digit card number and the validity period on the new card will change.
Can I get a new Social Card or apply for one before my card expires?
Yes, you can apply for a new social card before the current card expires.
