Yes, you can dispute or cancel suspicious or unclear transactions by contacting the bank that
issued your card. Bank specialists will review the transaction and take appropriate action if an
error is identified.

What should be done if benefit payments are not credited to the Social Card or are incorrectly credited?

You should contact the relevant “Inson” center and verify your inclusion in the list of benefit
recipients. This question can also be addressed by an operator after verifying the citizen’s
Identity.
