Are there any subscription fees for using the Baraka app?

No, Baraka app is absolutely free of charge.

Are there any charges for using the card?

No, there are no service fees for using the card. However, certain operations (like P2P transfers, cash withdrawals) may incur commission charges.

Is a fee charged when a social card is replaced?

Currently, the social card is issued free of charge to 15 categories of individuals as approved
by the draft decision of the Cabinet of Ministers. However, if the card becomes unusable due
to the fault of these individuals, a replacement fee will be charged. If the issuance of the social
card is rejected due to the fault of the INSON center or the financial agent, no fee will be
charged.

What is the (re)issuance payment amount?

Can the funds on the card be withdrawn from an ATM? Are there commission charges for withdrawals?

Yes, the funds on the social card can be withdrawn through ATMs. Commission charges are
applied in amounts set by the bank for ATM withdrawals. Withdrawal charges may vary
between different ATMs.
