Yes. SMS notifications are enabled by default for all Social Card transactions
No, even if a person receives multiple types of social payments, only one social card is issued to
them. When the validity of the social card expires, it is lost, or in other cases, a new social card is
issued, and the old card is blocked.
The social card is gradually being introduced for social payments provided by the state. If you are
in a region where the social card has been implemented and you receive social payments that
must be made through the social card, payments will only be processed via the social card.
However, individuals receiving state pensions through the off-budget Pension Fund may
voluntarily choose to receive their pensions via the social card.
The social card serves as an identification document and therefore cannot be given to another
Person.
Yes. The Social Card can be connected to the mobile application of the issuing bank. For example:
– If the issuing bank is Xalq Bank, it can be connected to the XAZNA app.
– If the issuing bank is Aloqa Bank, it can be connected to the ZOOMRAD app.
For beneficiaries, the Social Card cannot be terminated, as all benefits are transferred directly to the Baraka card. For non-beneficiaries, the termination process has not yet been defined. However, please note that each Social Card has a validity period of 5 years, after which it will expire automatically.
