From a notional wage based on your contributions. Same tenure & percentages.
Calculated from your reported official wage.
Paid for up to 180 days a year when you're ill. Credited to the Baraka card from 1 July 2026.
At least 6 months of tenure is required:
No employer - first 5 days are on you. The Fund pays from day 6.
Employer covers the first 5 days. The Fund pays from day 6.
This calculator provides an approximate result; the official amount is determined by the State Social Insurance Fund system.
Approximate calculation — try changing the values.
The daily rate is the average monthly wage divided by 25.3 (average working days per month), then multiplied by the tenure rate. 12% income tax is withheld from the sick-leave benefit; if you are entitled to a tax refund, you can reclaim it through the soliq.uz app. The employer covers the first 5 days; the Fund pays from day 6. Sundays and non-working public holidays are excluded from the count in the official calculation. Note: for certain categories (disability, 4+ children, or a child with a disability) the benefit is increased — not reflected here.

Reflect employees' wages, employment records (including leave orders) and employment tenure in the Tax Committee information system and the Unified National Labour System (MMS) accurately and on time. Benefits are calculated from exactly this data.
When temporary incapacity occurs, the employer pays the benefit for the first 5 calendar days per calendar year. From day 6, payment is made by the State Social Insurance Fund.
The Fund calculates the benefit on average wage up to 10× MHTEKM. If an employee's wage exceeds that calculation ceiling, the employer may make a top-up payment from its own funds.
The process is fully electronic and proactive. The employer submits no application and provides no additional documents.

Benefits are calculated from the data in state information systems, so the employer must keep wage, employment and employment-tenure data up to date. For inter-system technical faults, contact the State Social Insurance Fund.
It is enough to enter, on time, the wage and employment data already required by law in the Tax Committee and YMMT information systems.
No new contribution is introduced by this system — it changes how existing benefits are assigned and paid, not the contribution structure.
If the benefit is assigned between the 1st and 15th of the month, it is paid by the 25th of that month; if assigned after the 16th, by the 10th of the following month.
An automatic notification appears in the personal cabinet in the YMMT and Tax Committee information systems.
Maternity benefit — from 1 January 2026; temporary disability (sick-leave) benefit — from 1 July 2026; severance benefit — from 2030.
