When is it Rejected?

Who Reviews and Decides?

Automatically processed and decided through the "Single Registry" Information System. If applied by the 16th of the current month, notification of approval, rejection, or waitlisting is sent by the 1st of the next month. Applications after the 16th are moved to the waitlist for the following month.

Primarily an identity document. All other information is retrieved automatically through electronic systems.

In this case, the average monthly total income of the family is determined in accordance with the procedure established by the Cabinet of Ministers for assessing the inclusion of a family in the "state-supported family" or "poor family" category.

Funds are not provided in the form of cash; instead, they are transferred directly to the State Medical Insurance Fund based on a contract (Paragraph 21).
