Yes. The seller (entrepreneur) is responsible for delivering the coal or fuel products directly to the recipient’s home (Clause 45).
The recipient selects the product themselves through an electronic trading platform from sellers authorized in the “Ijtimoiy Himoya” Information System (Clauses 6, 24).
The voucher is valid for two months from the date of issuance. The purchase must be made within this period (Clause 3).
