If the guardian spends the funds contrary to the child’s interests, the guardianship authority will deny the permit and consider removing the guardian from their duties (Appendix 1).
As of February 1, 2025, the permit is generated digitally through the “Ijtimoiy Himoya” Information System and sent to banks, rather than in paper form.
Applications can be made to the district (city) “Inson” social services center or online via the Single Portal (my.gov.uz).
To protect the child’s property rights. The guardian is obligated to spend the funds exclusively on the child’s maintenance, education, and health (Appendix 4).

Following an application by the guardian or sponsor, the child’s needs are assessed, and the permit is formalized in electronic form within one working day.
