If a candidate has not taken a child for upbringing within three years of receiving the certificate, they are required to undergo the preparatory course again (Clause 26, Appendix 7).
It is a mandatory document to be attached to the application for adopting a child or taking a child into a foster family. The application will not be considered without it.
If the candidate studied at the Center for Advanced Training under the Agency, they do not need to submit a copy — the authorized body will retrieve the information independently (Clause 9, Appendix 3).
1. A reference is issued by the “Inson” center while the candidate is enrolled and attending offline classes.
2. A certificate is issued within 1 working day after the candidate fully completes the training course at the Center for Advanced Training of Social Protection System Employees (Appendix 7).
