Information regarding the solvency of the candidate (family) is automatically generated through the system based on scoring assessment results (Clause 3, sub-clause “v” of the decree).

Which authority makes the final decision on establishing an OBU?

As of February 1, 2025, the establishment and termination of family orphanages are carried out based on the decision of the regional branch of the National Agency for Social Protection (the authority of local Hokimiyats has been abolished).

Within 1 month from the date the candidate applies to the “Inson” center at their place of residence (Appendix 3).
