Information system ‘Single Registry of Social Protection’

Where should I apply?

For the assignment of a child benefit or material assistance:
body of citizen self-government (MFY); “Inson” Social Service CentersUnified Portal of Interactive Public Services (my.gov.uz); apply to the Center for Public Services.

 

Until what date are applications accepted?

Applications must be submitted by the 16th of the month preceding the month in which you wish to receive the payment. In this case, applications submitted after the above-mentioned period are considered in the following month in the prescribed manner.

What are the responsible employees of the “Inson” social service centers doing?

The application and submitted documents are entered into the “Unified Register of Social Protection” information system by the responsible employees of the “Inson” social service centers daily, but no later than the 26th of the month in which the application was submitted.

Who reviews the application and how is the decision made?

Decisions on recognizing a family as low-income, as well as on the assignment and payment of child benefits and material assistance to them, are automatically generated and approved in the “Unified Register of Social Protection” information system.
An electronic message about the assignment of child benefits or material assistance, or in case of refusal, indicating the reasons for the refusal, is sent to the applicant as an SMS to the mobile phone number provided in the application.
The financial and property status of the family is automatically checked every month during the period when payments are being made.

In what cases is the assignment of child benefits or material assistance refused?

  • when the average monthly total income per family member of the applicant exceeds the minimum consumer expenditure amount (669,000 soums);
  • when there is more than one real estate property or one or more non-residential buildings in total
  • when there is a passenger vehicle manufactured within the last 12 years (or within 7 years if a family member is disabled from childhood of group I or II and up to 18 years old);
  • when there are other types of motor vehicles and equipment manufactured within the last 15 years;
  • when there are 2 or more vehicles in total;
  • when the family’s funds in deposit accounts or the market value of securities in commercial banks is 5 times the minimum wage (5.8 million soums) or more;
  • when there is a member who does not have official sources of income and has not applied to poverty reduction and employment promotion agencies in search of work for the last 6 months;
  • when there are members receiving unemployment benefits;
  • other circumstances as specified in the regulations.

When and where will pension payments be made?

Payment of child benefits or material assistance is made by the branch (branch) of JSC “People’s Bank” from the 4th to the 27th of the month. Upon submission of payment statements to the district (city) branch of the People’s Bank, the applicant is notified via SMS.
