Baraka App Update: Dual-Mode Home Screen and Special Accessibility Settings

10.2026, Samarkand, Uzbekistan — Baraka has presented an updated version of its mobile application: starting November 10, users will have access to dedicated “Finance” and “Social” sections, along with a specialized mode designed for visually impaired users.
These innovations were showcased at the World Summit on “Investing in Child Wellbeing”, held on October 21–22 in Samarkand. Foreign First Ladies, government ministers, and international experts visited the Baraka exhibition stand to explore the new features.
Kundalik vazifalar uchun yangi interfeys

Starting November 10, the Baraka mobile app will feature a newly redesigned home screen. Instead of a single unified feed, the interface will be divided into two distinct modes:
- Finance: Brings together the user’s balance, card list, transaction history, and quick-access buttons for core financial services (payments, transfers, and QR code payments).
- Social Services: Houses information on payments and benefits, as well as features for submitting applications and tracking their status.
This separation eliminates the need for users to manually search through long lists for required functions.
Additionally, a “Visually Impaired Mode” will be introduced under the “Accessibility Settings” section. This feature enables users to adjust text size, contrast, and switch between light and dark themes with a real-time preview window. The new options will help individuals with visual impairments navigate the Baraka app with greater confidence and independence.

“It is essential for us that digital services empower people—regardless of age, health status, or life circumstances—to manage daily tasks independently and access vital services. Accessibility features are not merely an added functionality; they represent our commitment to making the Baraka project useful for everyone and reducing barriers to accessing public services,” emphasized Rustamkhon Azizov, Head of the Baraka Project Office.
