You can now submit applications for more than 70 social services and types of assistance directly through your Baraka app. Most importantly, you can track the status and results of your application right inside the app. To make this possible, we have added the “My Applications” section.

To expand the scope of digital services, we have introduced another convenient feature to the Baraka app. Not only have we simplified the application process, but we have also added the “My Applications” section, giving users complete control over their requests.

How to apply?
The process for applying for social assistance or services has been made as convenient as possible:

• Select benefits: Go to the “My Benefits” section in the app’s main menu.
• Find the service: Click the “Apply” button and choose the required social service from the list.
• Enter information: Fill in the requested details and click “Continue”.
• Confirmation: The text “Your application has been accepted” will appear on the screen, indicating that your request has been successfully entered into the system.

The “My Applications” section
Through this new section added to the app, our users can remotely track the status (under consideration, approved, or rejected) and final outcome of every submitted application. This eliminates the need to visit various offices and waste extra time.
