If the candidate studied at a center within the Agency’s system, they do not need to submit a copy of the certificate; the authorized body will retrieve the information independently (Clause 9, Appendix 3).

Regardless of their place of residence, the candidate can apply to the “Inson” center in the area where it is most convenient for them to attend classes.
