Payment Amount

The amount is determined by law. Families in the “borderline poverty” category receive 75% or 50% (depending on income).

Who is Eligible?

Families categorized as: “state-supported family,” “poor family,” and “borderline poverty family.”

Payment Time and Method

Transferred to a bank card or social card between the 4th and 27th of every month.

When is it Rejected?

If not included in the Registry, after 6 months have passed, if employment requirements are not met, or if false information is provided.

Who Reviews and Decides?

Automatically processed and decided through the “Single Registry” Information System. If applied by the 16th of the current month, notification of approval, rejection, or waitlisting is sent by the 1st of the next month. Applications after the 16th are moved to the waitlist for the following month.

What documents are required?

Primarily an identity document. All other information is retrieved automatically through electronic systems.

Where to Apply?

Via the Baraka app, “Inson” social services centers, Public Service Centers (DXM), or online platforms.

Application Procedure

Via Public Service Centers (DXM), mahalla social workers, Unified National Social Protection System, MyGov.uz, or the “Ijtimoiy Karta” app. Once a month.

Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 35, dated January 29, 2026.

Payment Duration

For “state-supported” and “poor” families — as long as the category is maintained. For “borderline poverty” families — 6 months. Child allowance — until the child reaches 18 years of age.
