How often is the medical condition re-checked?

Monitoring is conducted at least once every 6 months, during which the person’s health and medical needs are re-assessed (Clause 36).

Where are the results of the medical examination stored?

All medical reports and examination results are entered electronically into the “Ijtimoiy Himoya” Information System (Clause 23).

How is the exam organized if the person cannot leave home?

According to Clause 15, the doctor within the multidisciplinary group must visit the person’s home to determine the level of their need for home-based medical services.

What is checked during the health assessment?

Existing chronic, mental, and infectious diseases, the need for free medication, and the necessity of providing medical services at home (Clause 15).

Who identifies medical needs and who is responsible?

The family doctor within the multidisciplinary group. They are personally responsible for the accuracy of information regarding the person’s need for medical services and medication (Clause 15).

Is the medical examination included in the social services plan?

Yes. According to Clause 27 of the Regulation, the medical examination and health recovery activities are specified as a separate item in the individual plan.

What is the timeframe for the medical examination?

The medical examination and relevant health recovery measures are designated to be carried out within 10 working days.
