No, the contract for taking the child into patronage and the decision of the “Inson” center serve as the basis for the automatic assignment of these payments.

A social worker from the “Inson” center regularly checks the child’s provision of seasonal clothing and footwear during monitoring (Appendix 3).

It is an annual cash payment transferred to the foster parents’ bank card or account.

Starting from 2025, from the funds allocated to the National Agency for Social Protection from the republican budget (Clause 2).

To foster parents who have taken orphans and children deprived of parental care into family care (patronage) (Clause 2).

After the contract with foster parents is signed, the decision to cover clothing expenses is formalized within one working day.
