Voucher for purchasing prosthetic-orthopedic items and technical rehabilitation means

Funds for the purchase of technical means of rehabilitation, the amount of which does not exceed thirty percent (112.5 thousand soums) of the basic calculated value (BCV), are transferred to the social cards of persons in need of these means.

How To Apply

Information system “Unified National Social Protection”

Who is eligible:

Persons with disabilities and those in need of prosthetic devices or rehabilitation aids.
 

Where to apply?

No application required, it is processed automatically. 
 

How is the application reviewed and decision made?

Electronic conclusions issued by medical institutions are automatically sent to the “Unified National Social Protection” information system, based on which a voucher is automatically generated.
 

How to order using the voucher?

  1. Rehabilitation aids – through “Uzum Market”;
  2. Prosthetic devices are selected and ordered through the specially created marketplace POM market (https://my.ihma.uz/pom-market) in the “Unified National Social Protection” information system.
 

How is the payment processed?

After placing an order, the product is delivered and its receipt is confirmed by the employees of the “Inson” Social Services Center;

After confirmation, the funds are automatically transferred to the organization within 10 days.
