Elderly citizens who do not have sufficient work experience to qualify for a state old-age pension. You must be:

55 years old or older if you are a mother of a person with a disability since childhood;

60 years old or older if you are a woman;

65 years old or older if you are a man.

How to apply

To apply for an old-age benefit, visit your Center of Public Services, “Inson” social services center,  or claim online through a Single portal of interactive public services.

Documents you need

You only need to fill out and submit an electronic claim form. You don’t need any supporting documents to submit your claim.

Application deadlines

There are no specific deadlines.

Eligibility assessment

The eligibility assessment process is digitalized in the IS “Unified National Social Protection”. 

You’ll receive an SMS notification (the Center of Public Services notifies you if claimed in-person) about the outcome of the assessment  to the phone number indicated in your claim form.

You may receive a denial if:

You are younger than the qualification age or receive old-age pension.

When and where the benefit is paid

You’ll get your payments by transfer to a plastic card or in cash from the Xalk Bank’s (People’s Bank) branches. 

Visiting employees of the bank make cash payments in mahallas every month.
