| Who can get it
Elderly citizens who do not have sufficient work experience to qualify for a state old-age pension. You must be: 55 years old or older if you are a mother of a person with a disability since childhood; 60 years old or older if you are a woman; 65 years old or older if you are a man. |

How to apply To apply for an old-age benefit, visit your Center of Public Services, “Inson” social services center, or claim online through a Single portal of interactive public services. |

Documents you need You only need to fill out and submit an electronic claim form. You don’t need any supporting documents to submit your claim. |

Application deadlines There are no specific deadlines. |

Eligibility assessment The eligibility assessment process is digitalized in the IS “Unified National Social Protection”. You’ll receive an SMS notification (the Center of Public Services notifies you if claimed in-person) about the outcome of the assessment to the phone number indicated in your claim form. |

You may receive a denial if: You are younger than the qualification age or receive old-age pension. |

When and where the benefit is paid You’ll get your payments by transfer to a plastic card or in cash from the Xalk Bank’s (People’s Bank) branches. Visiting employees of the bank make cash payments in mahallas every month. |
