Legal representative (carer) of the child under the age of 18 who needs constant care as a result of either a medical condition or disability according to the list approved by Presidential Decree.

How to apply

The allowance is an automatic (proactive) payment. You don’t need to claim this payment.

Eligibility assessment

The eligibility assessment process is digitalized in the  IS “Unified National Social Protection.  You’ll receive an SMS notification about the outcome of the assessment to the phone number indicated when registering the child’s disability.

You may receive a denial if:

Via e-data exchange:

1) Justice Ministry of the Republic of Uzbekistan doesn’t confirm a relation between a legal representative and a child with disability in need of care;

2) a guardianship relation between a legal representative and a child with disability in need of care;

3) child’s medical condition is not in the list of deseases requiring care. 

When and where allowance is paid

You’ll get your payments  from the Xalq Bank’s (People’s bank) branches  by transfer to a plastic card  or in cash. Visiting employees of the bank make cash payments in mahallas every month.
