How To Apply

“Unified Register of Social Protection” information system

Who is eligible?

Women who have continuous work experience based on an employment contract with a legal entity or individual entrepreneur for the last 6 months are eligible for pregnancy and childbirth benefits.
 

Where to apply?

No separate application is required; it is assigned proactively. The benefit is automatically assigned through the “Unified Register of Social Protection” information system.
 

What documents are required during the application process?

No additional documents are required. A certificate of incapacity for work issued by the regional outpatient clinic or maternity hospital is sufficient and will be automatically entered into the system.
 

Who reviews the application and how is the decision made?

The following are automatically checked through the “Unified Register of Social Protection” information system:

  1. Continuous work experience for the last 6 months;
  2. Wage information;
  3. Current employment status.

The decision is made automatically, and the result is communicated via SMS.
 

In what cases is the benefit assignment refused?

  1. Lack of continuous work experience for the last 6 months;
  2. Absence of wage information or submission of inaccurate information.
 

When and where are benefit payments made?

By the 27th of each month, payments are made through branches of JSC “Xalq Banki” via plastic card or cash. An SMS message is sent regarding the assignment of benefits.
